2. QUALITY:1. By accepting this order, Seller warrants that the materials or services provided conform to the specifications agreed herein or elsewhere and that such warranties will survive acceptance and payment for such materials or services.2. The seller must inform the buyer of any changes in the processing methods and/or materials used for the performance of this contract.3. We reserve the right to cancel all or part of this order if any materials, services or supplies are not compliant or have not been otherwise agreed.4. Purchased materials are subject to our review and approval and may be returned to the seller in case of refusal.5. Supplier warrants that all equipment leased and/or leased under this Agreement is in satisfactory working order and that such equipment has been and will be regularly serviced and inspected by Supplier (at Supplier`s expense) during the currency of this Agreement, in accordance with all local, provincial and federal laws and good maintenance practices. The supplier shall ensure that the apparatus is suitably suited to its intended purpose and shall ensure that an up-to-date inspection certificate is prominently affixed to the apparatus.6. All materials supplied must be CSA compliant and have a visible CSA sticker. Materials must also comply with all local regulations, statutes and regulations. Any component that does not have CSA authorization must be approved by the owner prior to shipment.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: No condition, except those set forth in the framework agreement between the parties, of an order confirmation or these terms of sale, nor of any oral or written agreement or understanding purporting to modify these terms of sale, whether they appear in the buyer`s order or elsewhere, bind the seller, unless they are written and accepted in writing by the seller. 1. 14. . . .
