Sometimes you just got to go out and have some fun!
It’s no secret I love live music, so on August 26th I went out to Noelridge Park with a few friends to enjoy some “Jazz Under the Stars”.
Photography for me is all about capturing the moment and emotions as they happen. Whether that moment is during a wedding, a senior shoot, a family shoot, capturing that special furry family member or child being themself, or something like live music or nature. Special moments happen every second!
That is one of the reasons I like photographing live music. Between the crowd and the musicians there are thousands of special moments, expressions, and emotions to capture.
Then you add in the special challenge of working with the light and circumstances you are given, much like a wedding, it makes getting that great shot all the more worth all the time you have spent practicing and learning this wonderful medium called photography.
Live music is just a great way for me to practice my craft. It along with fine art photography helps me to improve my work with Weddings, Seniors, Family and Pet photography! And like any craft or job, practice and experimentation is what makes one great!
